{Easy Steamed Beets} Peel a little outer skin to get the dirt off. Slice beets and put them in a steamer basket of boiling water. Steam until tender. Add butter and enjoy.

Creamy Spring Onion Soup Recipe http://www.care2.com/greenliving/creamy-green-onion-soup-recipe.html# Changed it a bit and used chicken broth instead of vegetable broth, 3 cups of mushrooms instead of 2 and about 1/2 a cup of cream instead of 1/3. When I blended it, I only pulled out the onions and mushrooms instead of all of it then poured the blended portion back into the pot. Yummy yummy
